Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (1835) dated (21/7/1440), which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. (32624) dated (15/7/1440) on the Ministry's launch of the service of registration of mortgage contracts on funds transferred in the unified register of commercial mortgages on 10/7/1440, which is available on the Ministry of Commerce and Investment website (rhn.mci.gov.sa).
You can find the regulation of the unified register of commercial mortgages issued by the Ministry's decision No. (24636) dated (1/6/1440) on the Ministry's website as well.
