Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44502637) and the date (6/25/1444 ), represented by the Assistant General Secretariat for Chambers and National Committees Affairs, and regarding the decisions of His Excellency the Minister of Finance No. (402) and the date (3/23/1444 AH): provisions related to compensation for the increase in goods and services and arbitration, and Resolution No. (451) dated (7/4/1444 AH), regarding provisions related to the issuance of the final extract and receipt of works, based on what was communicated to the Federation via email on (18/1/2023 AD), regarding the desire of the Saudi Contractors Authority to cooperate with the National Committee for Contractors in the Federation, to hold a “virtual” dialogue session on Sunday, January 22, 2023 AD, at two o’clock in the afternoon, to discuss the decisions of His Excellency the Minister of Finance above-mentioned.
