Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of King Abdulaziz Port No. (16/1/4238) and dated (16/2/1444 AH), in which it referred to the keenness of the port administration to achieve the objectives of the General Authority for Ports and to speed up the handling of ships arriving at the port King Abdulaziz in Dammam. King Abdulaziz Port wishes to note that some carriers contracted by imported cargo owners are not obliged to receive their cargo directly from ships. as a result of the low rates of port-anchored ship handling and waiting on the dock for longer periods than estimated. This increases the waiting of scheduled vessels in the hijacking area outside the port, The Port Administration looks forward to securing an adequate number of modes of transport immediately upon the arrival of vessels loaded with their cargo to reduce the vessels' stay on the docks.
