Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44100231) dated (20/1/1444 AH), and regarding the letter of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development No. (6528) and dated (1/1/1444 AH), The decree of the Council of Ministers No. ( 292) of (1 June 1443 A.H.) approves the system for the rights and welfare of the elderly. Article 12 of the regulations stipulates that the Ministry shall grant the elderly a concession card to enable them to benefit from the public services he needs for the necessities of their daily life provided by governmental, private, and private bodies.
