Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43102367) dated (1/6/1443 AH) regarding the letter of the General Authority of Ports No. (1/2/60/12811) and dated (26/5/1443 AH), Applicable to the Authority’s Circular No. (8) for the year 2021 AD, regarding the executive procedures for dealing with leftovers in ports, as the Authority stresses the necessity of committing to dealing with the leftovers of dangerous goods after their stay has exceeded (15) fifteen days, according to what was stated in paragraph (2) / Second) of Article Four (in the absence of a customs declaration) - application procedures - contained in the circular referred to above, and the authority will take all legal measures regarding non-compliance with the procedures.
