Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like t o inform you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (CG / 198) dated 23/1 / 1440H, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. (1690) dated (23/1/1440), which attached to the decisions of the Council of Ministers No. (88) dated (23/8/1375) and No. (24) dated (7/2/1376) that is including the prohibition of the use of the Kingdom's emblem (sword and palm) on goods and others.
It was noted the use of the Kingdom's emblem by some citizens, businessmen, companies and institutions in publications, information leaflets, and special pledges, therefore, the Supreme Court ordered the adoption of an emphasis on preventing the use of the Kingdom's emblem in such matters.
