Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (KG / 2016) and the date (11/8/1441), and referred to in the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (19202) and the date (10/24/1441), based on The speech of the Deputy Governor for Conformity and Quality at the Saudi Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality No. (6869 / p) and the date (10/10 / 1441), which is condoned on a letter No. (5540 / p) and date (22/6 / 1441), regarding the date of mandatory application of specification No. ( SASO2927: 2019), related to (Energy Efficiency Requirements, Operating Requirements and Labeling of Lighting Products - Part Three - Street Lighting) and confirmation of the existence of an energy efficiency card for street lighting products in addition to a corresponding national recognition certificate of IECEE issued by the authority, as of The date (9/10/1441) corresponding to (1/6/2020 AD), and the authority would like to note that the steering committee of the Saudi Energy Efficiency Program has decided to postpone the date of mandatory application of the above-mentioned technical regulations to the date of (13/1/1442) corresponding to (1 / 9/2020), as well as notifying all importers of street lighting products of the new date for mandatory application.
