Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42100831) and the date (02/28/1442), in which the letter of the Ministry of Commerce is referred to No. (03488) and the date (24/2/1442 AH), regarding Ministerial Resolution No. (22486) And the date (04/24/1439), related to organizing the import of used spare parts, and in view of the requests received by merchants and manufacturers to the Ministry to release machines and used spare parts for use in their own projects.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Trade hopes to provide it with a list of spare parts that traders and manufacturers consider excluded from the ministerial decision referred to above to be used in their own projects so that the Ministry can consider the possibility of updating the ministerial decision, and it is possible to communicate with the Director-General of Laboratories and Quality Control Mr. Yahya bin Ibrahim Abdo on mobile No. (0505309765) and e-mail (yabdu@mci.gov.sa).
