Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Real Estate General Authority No. (1861) and dated (29/5/1443 AH), regarding the contribution of Qatif Beach lands built on the land with deed No. (730601002748) and dated (29/10/1442 AH) and Deed No. (930601002752). ) and the date (12/11/1442 AH) Belonging to Rashid Al-Rashed and Partners, Saeed Al-Mahrous and Partners, and Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al-Hasawi, under consideration by the Contributions Committee.
And based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated 14/2/1430 AH, which approves the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (297) and the date (7/13/1435 AH) to amend the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Since the committee is in the process of selling and liquidating the shareholding land and given the interest of the real estate contributions committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and real estate committees and to give a greater opportunity for investors to apply for the purchase of the contributions land that the committee is working on. For real estate marketers to participate in marketing the lands of the contributions that the committee is working on.
