Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Real Estate General Authority No. (960) and dated (1/3/1444), concerning the contribution of Sharq Al-Ha’ir, which belongs to / Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Saedan and his son's real estate and whose ownership is shared with / Al Olaya Holding Company, and Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Saedan built on the land with the deed numbered (210117050184) dated (18/3/1442 AH) and the deed numbered (310111015720) dated (2/2/1430 AH), the deed numbered (310121045761) dated (25/7/1440 ), the deed numbered (910113080757) dated (19/7/1440), and the deed numbered (310120052102) dated (1/4/1442) reviewed by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated 14/2/1430 AH, which approves the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet Resolution Dated No. (297) and dated 13/7/1435 AH, which amends the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and since the Committee is in the process of selling the shareholding lands.
And in the context of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop a joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to provide a greater opportunity for investors to apply for the purchase of the lands of the contributions that the committee is working on.
