Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the General Authority for Real Estate No. (4421) and the date (1/12/1444 AH), referring to the contribution of Half Moon Bay, belonging to / Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al-Hamdan, which is considered by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Based on the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (48) and the date (2/14/1430 AH) approving the work mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Council of Ministers’ decision Ministers No. (297) and date (13/7/1435 AH) to amend the work mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, since the committee is in the process of selling the contribution land.
