Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Federation of Saudi Chambers letter no. (43105253) dated (22/12/1443 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (12288/43/1) dated (22/12/2022 AD). Containing the Authority’s Decision No. (318) dated (12/11/1443 AH), regarding obligating those licensed in the activity of transporting goods on land roads (carriers of petroleum and hazardous materials) to issue a shipping document through the "Bayan" platform. This includes obligating those licensed to transport goods on land roads (carriers of petroleum and dangerous materials, and transporting cars) to issue the transport document through the "Bayan" portal as of (18/9/2022 AD), The authority would like to notify the facilities licensed to actively transport goods and tasks on the roads (carriers of dangerous materials) of the necessity to start issuing the shipping document through the "Bayan" portal where the facilities will be obligated starting from the date (18/9/2022 AD), and for more information, please contact the manager Licensing Department, Eng.
