Asharqia Chamber gives you its best regards, and informs you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (SHG / 373) dated (16/2 / 1441H), referred to the letter of the General Authority for Transport No. (383/41/1) and the date (14/2 / 1441 H), referred to the letter of the General Authority for Food and Drug No. (71299 / p) and the date (15/12/1440 e), which includes reference to Article Twenty-eight of the Executive Regulations of the system of establishments and pharmaceutical products issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 31) and the date 6/1425 H), which stipulated (not allowing the entry of medicines, pharmaceuticals, herbal preparations and products of medical claim that are ordered from abroad personally through the Internet or courier without prior permission to do so).
As requested by the Commission, the Board hopes that all of these products will not be shipped to the Kingdom without prior approval of import from the SFDA, by sending import requests via e-mail (lmport.drug@sfda.gov.sa).
