Asharqia Chamber presents you with its compliments and is pleased to receive a letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44100299) and dated (25/1/1444 A.H) regarding the letter from the Ministry of Commerce No. ( 3052) and (24/1/1444 A.H) Kind regards to the circular of His Excellency the Minister of Information in charge and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Audiovisual Media No. (002245 - 44 - 001) and dated (20/1/1444 AH), which includes the launch of a licensed service (reliable) granted to individuals to provide advertising content through social media platforms, Which aims to regulate the advertising and digital content sector in the Kingdom.
Accordingly, the Federation hopes not to deal with unlicensed individuals, starting from the date (1/10/2022 AD).
