Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45513137/1) dated (6/9/1446 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the telegram of the Ministry of Commerce No. (18259) dated (6/3/1446 AH) regarding the telegram of His Excellency the CEO of the Public Health Authority No. (55318-64-101) which indicates Cabinet Resolution No. (557) dated (7/11/1445 AH) approving the executive regulations of the system for implementing the Convention on the Prohibition of Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/21) dated (4/11/1443 AH), and it also included in its first article that the competent authority for this is the Public Health Authority.
