Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Real Estate Contributions Committee No. (3404) and the date (17/11/1442), a reference to the contribution of Al-Hadi in Umm Al-Hamam belonging to the office of Ali bin Ahmed Al-Dajani, which is seen by the Real Estate Contributions Committee. And based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) and dated (7/5/1429) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, Cabinet Resolution No. (48) and dated 14/2/1430, to approve the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Council of Ministers’ decision Ministers No. (297) and the date (7/13/1435) to amend the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Since the committee is in the process of selling the shareholding land, and within the framework of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to provide a greater opportunity for investors to apply to purchase the lands of the contributions that the committee is working on.
