Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (2765) dated 11/11 / 1439, which referred to the speech of the Human Resources Development Fund (HDF) No. (39/7706/0) dated 11/11/1439, concerning the Ministerial Decision No. 95296 dated 11/5/1439 that is concerning the settlement "Saudization" of retail outlets in the retail sector, which will be implemented on 1/1/1440.
The Human Resources Development Fund, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, and other concerned bodies, develop the proposed mechanisms and policies to train and replace Saudi cadres in the local professions and other jobs that can be filled with national competencies only.
It is due to the importance of coordination and consolidation of efforts with stakeholders to contribute to support national programs and initiatives and achieve the desired goals, a the number of jobs and the number of job opportunities are expected to be made available to the national workforce, and the desire to participate in the largest number of private sector establishments.
