Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you its best regards and informs you of receiving a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (L / 1722) Dated (08/22/1441), and the reference in the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, Chairman of the Committee for the Payment of the Benefits of the Private Sector No. (26068) dated (21/08 /1441 ), which included urging all chambers of commerce and industry to quickly raise any claims - at their affiliates - from the fiscal years ending on government agencies in data saved in the form of "Excel" tables showing the name of the contracting government body, contract number, date and value, project name and the amount owed remaining, with Clarification of the completion of the business or not, and whether there are bank guarantees provided to the government sector, images and attach all supporting documents for the claim and kept in an external memory attached with the claim.
Accordingly, and due to the importance of the issue, we hope that the Chamber’s subscribers will list all the private sector claims referred to above, and commit to providing the above-mentioned data complete with attaching copies of all documents supporting the claim, along with an official claim letter.
Below is an indicative sample of the Excel table for filling in the private sector dues of a company/institution.
