Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union, number (45102783), dated (6/7/1445 AH). The letter refers to the letter from the Minister of Investment, emphasizing that the Ministry is the competent and primary authority in the Kingdom regarding the regulation and development of both local and foreign investment. The Ministry is responsible for promoting and protecting investors. It has the authority to establish a database of investment and its indicators in the Kingdom to serve as the unified platform and main reference for information related to the Ministry's jurisdiction.
The Ministry, in coordination with relevant entities, is tasked with providing necessary support to Saudi investors. The letter requests relevant authorities at the Union to supply the Ministry with the mentioned information.
