Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103465) dated (8/16/1444 AH), Referred to the letter of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases No. (79497/35/1444) and the date (14/8/1444 AH), which includes the report of the technical team that visited the Republic of South Africa, during the period from 1-7/5/1444 AH And recommended lifting the ban on importing live animals from the Republic of South Africa, This is following the conditions of the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), as well as the conditions for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Whereas, a decision was issued by His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases (Waqaa), No. (79497/35/1444) on (10/8/1444 AH), which includes lifting the ban on importing live animals from the Republic of South Africa.
