Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103464) and the date (16/8/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases No. (435464/1291/1441) and the date (14 / 8/1444 AH), And it includes the decision of the European Commission (404/2021) (EU) dated (13/7/2022 AD), which includes lifting the ban on importing equine animals from the regions (Parana and Rio de Janeiro) in the Federal Republic of Brazil and allowing the entry of equine species to European Union countries.
Whereas, a decision was issued by His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases (Waqaa), No. (435464/1291/1441) on (10/8/1444 AH), which includes lifting the ban on importing equines, semen, and eggs The fetuses are from the Parana and Rio de Janeiro regions of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
