Asharqia Chamber presents you with the best greetings and would like to inform you of receiving the letter of the General Organization of Ports King Abdul Aziz Port - Dammam No. (16/7/1497) and dated (22/1/1440), which included the leakage and volatilization of parts of bulk cargo loaded at the port on land transport vehicles (trucks) due to technical failure or lack of closure of the truck trailer doors and covers after loading, which causes distortion of the general appearance due to the leakage and volatilization of these parts on the roads. This is in fact a violation of regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Transport.
Therefore, we hope to be committed to handling the leakage and volatilization of cargo from trucks by providing covered lids or harbors for bulk cargo trucks and to take this into account in the future in order to preserve the overall appearance and to avoid taking any systematic actions.
