Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44101664) and the date (22/4/1444 AH), regarding the letter of the General Authority for Real Estate No. (244132) and the date (20/4/1444 AH). This includes what was reported to the Authority by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing that the Ministry has established many programs and initiatives that contribute effectively to the development process of the Kingdom’s cities and their humanization by improving the urban landscape, including the initiative of fencing empty lands located on the axial and arterial roads in cities Whereas, the first phase of the initiative was launched on (1/7/2021 AD) on the main axes of five major cities (Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Madinah, Dammam, and Jeddah), and the start of obligating the implementation of fences and the application of violations, as of the date (1/7/2022 AD). The second phase of the initiative will be launched on (1/3/2023 AD), on the main axes targeted by the Amanat (the Holy Capital, Madinah, Dammam, Jeddah, Qassim, Asir, Al-Ahsa).
And the third stage, on (1/10/2023 AD), on the main axes targeted by the Amanat (Tabuk, Jazan, Hail, Najran, Taif, Al-Baha, Al-Jawf, the northern border, Hafar Al-Batin), The Authority would like to notify the owners to start fencing urgently to raise the compliance rate and avoid committing violations.
