The supervisory and supervisory authority for public transport activities, and a reference to the regulations governing the activity of transporting goods and renting trucks on land roads issued by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services No. (122/41/1) dated (7/5/1441 AH), and its amendments, and in the interest of the authority to Raising compliance rates for these activities and improving the quality of service provided to beneficiaries, as from the date (4/21/2024 AD), violations of goods transportation and truck rental activities will be monitored through the automated monitoring system in all regions and cities of the Kingdom, as shown below:

Operating a transport vehicle without an operating card/with a canceled operating card.

Operating a transport vehicle with an expired operating card.

      Accordingly, the Union hopes that those concerned and interested will need to correct their situations according to the authority’s request, and ensure that no transport vehicle is driven on the roads without a valid operating card.
