Asharqia Chamber of Commerce sends its warmest regards. It wishes to inform you of a letter received from the Saudi Chambers Union, numbered (45100845) and dated (25/2/1445 H). This letter references a letter from the General Authority for Real Estate, numbered (776) and dated (21/2/1445 H), regarding the participation of Al-Mulaysa3 (New Jeddah, Al-Mulaysa3) in the real estate contributions, which is under consideration by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
This matter is based on a decision by the Council of Ministers with number (130) dated (7/5/1429 H), establishing the Real Estate Contributions Committee. It also refers to a Council of Ministers decision numbered (48) dated (14/2/1430 H) that approved the work mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee and a Council of Ministers decision numbered (297) dated (13/7/1435 H) amending the work mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.Since the committee is in the process of selling contribution lands and is keen on developing a common role with the commercial chambers and real estate committees, it aims to provide a greater opportunity for investors to apply for the purchase of contribution lands that the committee is working on.
