Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you of its receipt by the Real Estate General Authority No. (1853) and dated (29/5/1443 AH), regarding the contribution of (Mahasin) in Al-Ahsa Governorate, belonging to / Ali Al-Khars, Ahmed Al-Shehab and Abdul-Aziz Al-Dhahyan, built on the land with deed No. (136). ) and dated (20/5/1396 AH), And considered by the Real Estate Contributions Committee. Based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated 14/2/1430 AH, which approves the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (297) and the date (7/13/1435 AH) to amend the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and since the Committee is in the process of selling the contributory lands.
And in the context of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to provide a greater opportunity for real estate marketers to participate in the marketing of the land contributions that the Committee is working on.
