Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you of its receipt by the Real Estate General Authority No. (1408) and dated (25/4/1443 AH), regarding Al-Rida’s contribution located in the palm trees in Al-Khuwaildia Square in Qatif Governorate, belonging to the Ali Ahmed Al-Dajani Real Estate Office, which is located on the land with deed No. (930607004725). dated (2/4/1437 AH) and the deed No. (330607004726) and the date (2/4/1437 AH) and the deed number (330607004727) and the date of (2/4/1437 AH) issued by the Qatif Notary Public and submitted to the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
And based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee and Cabinet Resolution No. (48/) dated 14/2/1430 AH, which approves the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee and Cabinet Resolution No. ( 297 and the date (7/13/1435 AH) to amend the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Since the committee is in the process of selling the shareholding land, and within the framework of the interest of the real estate contributions committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to give a greater opportunity for real estate marketers to participate in marketing the land of the contributions that the committee is working on.
