The Chamber presents its compliments , this is to inform you that we received a letter by the Ministry of trade and industry that under the auspices of the Minister of Commerce and industry Tawfig Alrabiah participates in Saudi Arabia-international building & construction show big five (THE BIG 5 DUBAI 2013) to be held from 25 to 28 April 2013. This comes as part of goals in support of small and medium-sized enterprises and helps them open new markets for their industries and their products, as we invite you to participate in the Saudi Arabia Pavilion and the services provided to you by:
1. Area of 9 square meters in Pavilion Saudi Arabia exhibition.
2. View the Foundation's logo within the campaign and media in different media.
3. The number of media and advertising pages for enterprise under directory of Saudi companies participating at the fair.
4. Provide the number 2 seats for company dinner for Saudi companies in the presence of Minister of Commerce and industry senior Saudi officials in the State of U.A.E.
5. visit by Minister of Commerce and industry, sponsor of the exhibition pavilion and photo ops with officials
6. Support $ 10,000 to ship samples of your organization.
7. The use of the business centre which provides the following services (computers-Internet-print-document camera-phone for local calls).
8. Provide a meeting room with key customers in the Pavilion (prior reservation).
9. Securing hospitality for the guests of the Organization among Foundation Pavilion.
10. The provision for holding bilateral meetings with companies within the Pavilion (prior reservation).
