Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45509484/1) dated (4/26/1446 AH), which indicates that the Federation received the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (12565) dated (4/17/1446 AH) regarding the letter of His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Organization for Social Insurance No. (3084) dated (4/6/1446 AH), which indicates the decision of the Board of Directors of the General Organization for Social Insurance by Circulation No. (1479) dated (2/29/2024 AD), regarding the adoption of the initiative to enhance collection by exempting late payment fines and fines for violations stipulated in Paragraph (5) of Article (Nineteen) and Article (Sixty-Two) of the Social Insurance System, aiming to motivate and encourage establishments to pay the subscriptions due to the organization, in accordance with the controls included in the announcement of that initiative, and whereas the organization extended the initiative for an additional (six months) in line with The blessed state's initiatives to support the private sector.
