The east Chamber presents its compliments, this is to inform you that we received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers number (ش.غ/ 1603) dated (05/25/1436 e), referred it to the letter of the Ministry of Agriculture number (195 560) dated (29/04/1436 ), onThe Ministry of Agriculture Organic Law issued by Royal Decree No. (م / 55) dated (09/16/1435) and its implementing regulations, which came into force on the date (29/02/1436 e).
The Council would advise you that the Implementing Regulations of the organic farming set standards and specifications and requirements that must be provided when importing and trading of organic products in local markets.
