Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45513859) dated (24/6/1446 AH), which refers to the letter of the Public Health Authority "Weqaya" No. (063119-46-101) dated (16/6/1446 AH) regarding the Authority's efforts to enhance prevention against health risks and contribute to reducing the burden of diseases and raising the health level in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Authority also aims, in cooperation with relevant authorities, to reduce the mortality rate resulting from non-communicable diseases in the Kingdom, through prevention and control of non-communicable diseases and associated risk factors, the most important of which are high blood pressure and diabetes, in addition to reducing tobacco use.
To enhance the participation of decision-makers, it is important to review the document "High-impact intervention plan to reduce the age-adjusted mortality rate due to non-communicable diseases"
