and Investment No. 53605 date 15/11/1438 about the urgent letter of His Royal Highness
the Minister of Interior No. 269762 date 6/11 / 1438
), on the note of the large cash deposits of one of the car showrooms in
Riyadh, which do not correspond with the special organization to limit the
handling of cash in exhibitions and agencies and car parks and the desire of
His Highness the Ministry of Trade and Investment to take what is appropriate.
Therefor
referring to His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior No. (39355) date
1/6/1435 and the urgent publication
(4341) date 2/1/1436 regarding the large cash deposits of some car shows which
do not comply with the above mentioned regulation.
Therefore,
all agencies, exhibitions and car parks should limit the handling of cash and
contribute to the prevention of any excesses related to terrorist crimes, money
laundering crimes or other security observations.
