Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42104229) dated (7/11/1442), a reference to the Council’s receipt of the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (30374/p) and the date (4/11/1442 ) , Which includes containing four eye care products with a high percentage of lead that exceeded the permissible limit as an impurity in the Regulation of Safety Requirements in Cosmetics and Personal Care No. (SFDA.CO/GSO1943:2016), and since exposure to high levels of lead may cause health risks For the consumer, and for the importance of emphasizing on all establishments that engage in the activity of trading cosmetic products, to prevent the sale of the products whose data is shown in the annex and to return them to their suppliers, as well as importers and distributors of products to withdraw them from sales outlets and warehouses and coordinate with the authority - the operations sector - to destroy them to avoid penalties against them.
