Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45504936) dated (11/1/1445 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the Union of Arab Chambers No. (AG/241) dated (2/5/2024 AD) regarding a forum Relevant cities and municipalities in the BRICS countries scheduled to be held on July 9 and 10, 2024, in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Republic of Russia, organized by the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region in cooperation with the Federal Agency of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

      The forum serves as a platform for exchanging views and discussing initiatives in the main areas of municipal development in order to enhance cooperation between the municipalities of the BRICS countries, and will address specific issues including: urban life, economic development of municipalities, architecture of modern cities and clusters, digitization of the urban environment, environmental problems of modern cities. And ways to solve them, as well as developing cooperation between municipalities in the fields of education and culture for the BRICS countries. This event will participate with the mayors of cities in the BRICS countries, in addition to the Russian municipalities that are working to develop cooperation with the municipalities of: Brazil, Egypt, India, Iran, China, and the United Arab Emirates. United States, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, and South Africa.
