           Asharqia Chamber present its best regards and informs you of the receipt of  received the letter of the General Authority for Food and Drug No. (8823) on (16/03/1438), regarding the report based on the immediate notification report issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) No. (21 520)date (2.11.1438)- (11/11/2016) stating the outbreak of  severe bird flu(H5N8) in (Vorarlberg) in the Republic of Austria, the decision issued by the Authority No. (8363) date (2.27.1438), of imposing a temporary ban on the importing of poultry meat, eggs and their products a from (Vorarlberg) in the Republic of Austria, because of the of  the bird flu with the exception of the temporary ban on poultry meat, eggs and their products of the thermal treatment or any other way that can end the virus birds, on condition to meet the requirements and health regulations and standards, by attaching a health certificate to prove that the product is treated thermally or in any other way, and be issued by official authorities of the Republic of Austria, and this temporary ban will continue until the stability of the health status of livestock.
