Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. 1820 dated 20/7/1440, which referred to the letter of the Bankruptcy Committee No. (30/0319) dated (17/7/1440) that includes the convening of a conference entitled "First Conference to resolve the bankruptcies" on Monday and Tuesday 24 - 25 Shaban 1440 at the Fairmont Hotel in Riyadh, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Investment.
The conference aims to highlight the positive economic impact of the bankruptcy system and build the capacity of trustees, experts and all specialists, as well as reviewing the latest international and local case law and practice to contribute to the objectives of the system.
