Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43103290) dated (7/26/1443 AH), regarding the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (18943/p) and dated (19/7/1443 AH), The reference therein is to Article Sixteen of the Authority’s system, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/6) dated (25/1/1428 AH), related to the Authority’s financial resources, including the revenues it obtains from the services it provides to its beneficiaries, and a reference to the decision of the Authority’s Board of Directors No. (8-26-1442) dated (22/3/1442 AH), regarding the approval of the financial compensation for the inspection service of the factories of medical devices and supplies, according to which the authority would like to report the approval of a financial consideration for the inspection services on the factories of medical devices, according to the following table:
