Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43102329) dated (29/5/1443 AH), regarding the telegram of the National Center for Environmental Compliance No. (638696/300/1442) and dated (16/5/1443 AH) and attached to the telegram of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (638696/300/1442) dated (25/4/1443 AH), referring to Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated (13/4/1443 AH), Issued approving Cabinet Resolution No. (214) dated (11/4/1443 AH) extending the period of (nine months) mentioned in Paragraph (3) of Item (Second) of Royal Decree No. (M/165) dated 19/11 / 1441 AH), (nine months) additional.
Because of the importance of urging the establishments, including the activities referred to in the above-mentioned Royal Decree, to quickly submit to the Center plans to correct their situation before the expiry of the corrective period on (2/12/1443 AH) corresponding to 1/7/2022 AD, and following the provisions of the Environmental Law and its implementing regulations and following For the attached rules, regulations and requirements, and coordination in this regard can be made with Mr. Anwar bin Mabkhout Al-Nahdi, mobile number (0504564391) and e-mail (a-al-nahdi@ncec.gov.sa).
