Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of the Saudi Chamber, His Excellency the President of the Royal Court No. (51691) dated (9/11/1438), Including that examining tobacco products, preparing the standard specification for tobacco and its products, issuing and approving it is the responsibility of the Food and Drug General Authority and it has the authority to take the necessary actions to implement this, and as the Authority has prepared a list of "electronic liquids and tobacco prepared for heating in electronic smoking systems", so the authority calls upon all importers of these The products shall abide by the above-mentioned regulation, and the mandatory application of these imported products will be effective from the date of March 1, 2021, and the Authority will take legal action in the event of non-compliance with the regulation after the mentioned date.
