Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45507451) dated (7/3/1446 AH), which refers to the letter of the National Center for Government Resource Systems No. (8294) dated (28/2/1446 AH), and attached to the Center’s Circular No. (768) dated (20/1/1444 AH), which includes Cabinet Resolution No. (682) dated (19/11/1442 AH), approving the organizational arrangements of the National Center for Government Resource Systems included in Clause (Fourth) that the Center’s competencies include providing services related to government resource systems to their beneficiaries from government agencies, individuals and the private sector, and providing training and support services to beneficiaries of government resource systems. Within the framework of the Center’s endeavor to improve the quality of services provided on the Etimad platform and enhance the experience of beneficiaries and respond to requests and inquiries effectively, the Center has allocated communication channels and an attached escalation mechanism, to be followed by the private sector Private.
Accordingly, the Union hopes that those concerned and interested will review this mechanism and use it according to the specified time periods and in the sequence indicated in the attached escalation mechanism, provided that all support requests and inquiries are raised primarily through the approved communication channels for this center.
