Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Federation of Saudi Chambers No letter. (44500193) dated 16/1/1444 AH, in which reference is made to the letter of the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority No. (205-44-000187) dated (1/1/1444 AH). Regarding the assertion of the requirement to have a baseline for the local content of manufacturers of pharmaceutical products and medical preparations included in the mandatory list when they submit to any government competition containing products listed on that list from the date of January 1, 2022 AD.
According to the authority's request from the manufacturers of pharmaceutical products and medical preparations, the speedy completion of the baseline calculation of their local content, to avoid their exclusion from government competitions, which are expected to be offered by the National Company for the Unified Purchase of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies (NUPCO).
