Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Federation of Saudi Chambers No letter. (44500575) dated (16/2/1444 AH), which includes a reference to the letter of the Ministry of Finance No. (3635) dated (25/1/1444), regarding Article (96) From the Government Competition and Procurement Regulations promulgated by Royal Decree No. 128 and dated (13/11/1440), which stipulates that: "Subject to the relevant regulations, the Ministry shall prepare the following (Regulation on Conflict of Interest on the Application of the Government Competition and Procurement Regulations and its implementing Regulations) by Council of Ministers Decision No. (537) of (21/8/14414). That, (the government entity - in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, should develop a conflict of interest policy aimed at reducing the risk and addressing its cases), and the desire of the Ministry of Finance to achieve the objectives of the conflict above of interest regulation, it emphasizes the development of a conflict of interest policy in the implementation of what is included in Article ( Eight) of the same regulation.
