Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (4311929), dated 3/5/1443 AH, regarding the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Transport Working Authority No. (3889/43/1) dated (2/5/1443 AH), referred to in it is the regulation regulating the activity of the taxi, the taxi broker and the direction approved by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (13/41/1) and dated (27/1/1441 AH) and amended by Resolution No. (01/21) and the date of (9/8/1442), Which stipulated in paragraph (tenth) of the item (second) of Article (33) as follows: “Collection of transport fare following the fee policy for using approved fare services,” and a reference to the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics on what was included in the minutes signed by the committee. The joint authority between the Public Transport Authority and the General Authority for Civil Aviation, in the explanation of His Excellency dated (10/4/1443 AH), on the letter of His Excellency the Chairman of the Authority No. (1/42/3172), dated (9/4/1443 AH), regarding the determination of the wages for the beginning of the service in the number from the Kingdom's airports.
