Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43100383) dated (1/29/1443), concerning the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (2334/P) dated (24/1/1443 AH) and attached to the telegram of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. (08861-43-001) and the date (11/1/1443 AH) referred to the letter of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Riyadh and its accompanying letter from the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition in the State of Kuwait containing the announcement regarding the application of technical regulations starting from the date of (2/1/2022 AD) with the necessity of Suppliers' commitment to apply all approved technical regulations for the food sector.
