Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received a letter from the Union of Saudi Chambers (45505533) dated (11/28/1445 AH), in which it is referred to the desire of the Ministry of Commerce to investigate merchants whose commercial records have expired to correct their conditions in order to avoid their automatic cancellation after 30 days of official notification in accordance with Article Seven of The Commercial Registry System, where the Ministry emphasizes the speedy correction of the conditions of commercial records that have expired by renewing or canceling them, and the conditions of “institutions” are corrected via the electronic services of the Saudi Business Center and “companies” via the electronic services of the Ministry of Commerce, and the owner is responsible for all consequences and entitlements resulting from the cancellation that It is done automatically 30 days after the date of the official notification.
