Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving a letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43102099), dated (5/11/1443), regarding the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (09849) dated (9/5/1443). Reference was made to the awareness campaign for the period of correcting the status of violators of the anti-cover-up system for all commercial establishments in the Kingdom.
Where the National Program for Combating Cover-up announced that the facilities violating the anti-cover-up system must urgently correct their situation before the corrective period ends on February 16, 2022 AD, and the violating facilities, especially those with annual revenues of two million riyals, can benefit from the advantages of the corrective period and apply electronically via (mcgovsa).
Noting that the penalties for violators of the system are up to (5 years imprisonment and a fine of 5 million riyals).
