Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43101914) dated (3/5/1443 AH), regarding the union’s receipt of the letter of the National Center for Monitoring Environmental Compliance No. (638696/300/1442) dated (27/4/1443 AH). Reference is made to the telegram of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (638696/300/1442) dated (25/4/1443 AH), in which reference is made to Royal Decree No. (M/165) dated (19/11/1441 AH), which is included in Paragraph (3) ) of item (Second) that whoever engages in any of the environmental activities that have an environmental impact, must correct his situation in accordance with the provisions of the environmental system and its regulations, within a period not exceeding (three) years from the date of its entry into force, provided that he submits a plan to the competent center To correct his situation within a maximum period of (nine) months from the date of entry into force of the system and its regulations, and where the Royal Decree (M / 32) was issued on (13/4/1443 AH), approving Cabinet Resolution No. (214) on (11/4/1443 AH) And the judge to extend the period of (nine months) mentioned in Paragraph (3) of Item (Second) of Royal Decree No. (M/165) dated (19/11/1441 AH), an additional (nine) months.
