Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43100732) dated (22/2/1443), a reference to the letter of the Ministry of Health No. (343669-1443) and dated (20/2/1443). Regarding what was mentioned in (c) of paragraph (1) of Article 22 of the procedures and controls of narcotics and psychotropic substances, which assigned the tasks of updating the prescribing and dispensing procedures to the joint committee between the Ministry of Health and the Food and Drug General Authority for narcotics and psychotropic substances, and for what was noted of the necessity Updating the exchange procedures to include their delivery to patients in the different regions of the Kingdom through a private transport company, to ensure facilitation for patients and treatment institutions without prejudice to the precautions and security procedures, and according to the controls and procedures for delivering narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances to patients through delivery companies after describing and dispensing them from government treatment institutions.
