Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (42104289) dated 14/11/1442 AH, a reference to the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (9056/42/1) dated (10/11/1442), Applicable to Cabinet Resolution No. (303) dated (28/5/1442), which includes the amendment of Paragraph (4) of Article (Second) of the Control Regulations of the General Accounting Bureau for Private Institutions and Companies in which the State contributes to its capital or guarantees a minimum From the profits, issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (390) and dated (18/4/1398), to be following the following text: “Verifying that the institution or company applies modern and adequate systems for financial and internal control, including warehouse control.”
Accordingly, the Union hopes to comply with the licensed institutions and companies in whose capital the state contributes or guarantees them a minimum level of profits following the previous cabinet decision.
