Asharqia Chamber extends its warm regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the General Authority for Real Estate numbered (1011) and dated (6/3/1445 AH) regarding the contribution of Half Moon Beach, owned by Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamdan, which is under consideration by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Based on the Cabinet's decision numbered (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to establish the Real Estate Contributions Committee, the Cabinet's decision numbered (48) dated (14/2/1430 AH) to approve the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet's decision numbered (297) dated (13/7/1435 AH) amending the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, the committee is in the process of selling the contributed land.
As part of the Real Estate Contributions Committee's commitment and its desire to enhance its collaborative efforts with chambers of commerce and real estate committees, it aims to provide greater opportunities for investors to submit offers to purchase the contributed land that the committee is working on.
